Things that happened in the last week:

1. Got an interview at The Vic. Crossing my fingures that I get the job, outlook is positve.

2. Got sick. Chilling around at Evin's house and doing nothing really wiped me out.

3. Shanno's birthday at Big Bad Johns.. yeek/Kim comming to the West coast! Pool.

4. Also noticed that it snowed... People must think I'm retarded because for some reason everybody feels compelled to state the obvious. 'Oh look, snow!' -As if it wern't everywhere covering EVERYTHING. I can see it too.

5. Dad's birthday. The Keg. Saw Lauren.

6. Opened all my Lego and had a little party in my livingroom. I have exactly 60 microfigs.

7. Cleaned my whole room until about 3 last night.

What's new:

My grandma turned 80 last weekend and I hung out with old people in Tsswassen all day. Angus and I stole the car and went to Whitespot for a beer. Andy is back in town in the first time in 3 years. Sarah and I are back together (big suprise.) I'm publishing a book of art as a new portfolio. I'm quitting my job in the New Year and looking for something new. I'm broke and have no food here. I keep having really, really scary dreams. I ask my magic 8 ball for advice.

Shit, Christmas is in 5 days!

Yay! Life finally doesn't totally suck. I haven't really been online because for a few months life sucked fully and almost nothing seemed worth writing about, but things are looking up!

Shannon is back in town for one and I feel like 250% better everytime I see her. It's like a lot of me left when she moved to Montreal, and it's awesome to have that piece of my life back. I love my family.

Also I realized that the theatre I've been working at for 3.25 years is turning 20 in 2007. The theatre opened in 1987 and for some reason it makes me very stoked to be working there 20 years later. I'm sometimes really passionate about that job when I never really ment to be. I just fucking love doing what I do there sometimes, and when I get to appriciate it, it makes me fucking jazzed. I'm proud of what I do there. :)
I also like making fun of the new workers I no longer care to know. I'm only there on Thursdays in the projection booth, so I haven't met many of them. The one's I have met are retarded, so I keep telling them they're fired before they really know if I'm even capable of firing them.

Also saw Kymber today, and it warmed my heart.

5am is such a boring time in my appartment, most people are asleep right now but I cant help but wonder how many other people in this city are doing the exact same thing as me.

It's cold in here and it rains about every half hour hard enough for me to hear it on my roof.

I read about Vancouver on Wikipedia, they have this huge panorama of the city in super high quality which almost crashed my computer.

I watched THX-1138 today and I can't stop thinking about it. The Last Starfighter sucked and has really terrible special features that made me laugh.

This sounds like the coolest job on the planet besides designing toys. If I could do anything, toy maker and aerospace engineer would be the top two ideal jobs by the time I reach 30. Fuck being a fireman, I'm going to design and build sailboats and spaceships.

I was mad fucking inspired by both 1982 sci-fi film Bladerunner, and the 1992 action/adventure/romance film Wind. Both of which I've been watching on and off for the last two days now.

So there was a bombthreat on my intersection today and they blocked off a whole chunk of Quadra. I didn't have to do anything for like two hours while the cops found some nails and a wick inside a pumpkin across the street. Oh my god guys, tighten security, call the bombsquad! Someone tried to blow up Decora tile store. OMG

Otherwise work has been lame the last few days and my love life pretty much sucks right now. I kinda feel like killing myself, but I think I'll stay around bit longer to see if anything makes life worth feeling this terrible all the time.

I have two days off after tonight; that leaves some time to recover before I start the work-cycle all over again.

Today I bought $303.46 worth of GAP clothing. I have officialy sold out, and pretty much have my uniform for the next two years.

Tonight we went to Saw 3 and it wasn't as terrible as I thought it would be. I met Stephan and he isn't as horrible either.

This week has been a really strange blur.

To summarize the boring part; Tuesday – Saturday:
Wake up. Eat. Work 2:00 -11:00. Go to bed at 1am.

The rest is too weird and blurry to get into.

The fun part was on
Saturday Night!; AT SEAN'S BIRTHDAY!

-To set the scene,
Halloween is in the air, and drunk teenagers are blowing up firecrackers in the not too distant suburbs of Fernwood (and pretty much everywhere else.) The air is cold and hurty. I am off work and instantly transform into Pikachu!, everyone's favourite pseudo Japanese phenomenon circa 1999.

This costume was inspired by Blaise. It is my "Ready for Fun" Pokemon suit.

Sean’s house is not really all that close to mine so it takes like 45 minutes to get there from my place. Everyone had already taken off by the time I got there too because Sean got too drunk and passed out like an hour beforehand. :)

We left almost as soon as I’d come in and went to Ebony’s party and drew on the bathroom walls with big felt pens. Weirdly enough it was Pam’s house. -Pam is my graffiti technical advisor; she has pretty much sold/informed me of every awesome graffiti tool on the market.

Then,

This is pretty much the longest Chris has ever touched me, and Sarah caught it on her space camera (which I then totally stole photos from... then re-hosted them on my photobucket>:D. The rest at memy) Chris is hugging me because I just found his lost wallet which he dropped on Pandora. I think he was pretty relived.

He kept hugging, and hugging, and hugging. Chris has a lot of love to give.

Pam’s was fun, it was nice seeing those people and I met another guy named Joel.

That night I walked all the way home from downtown, and life was good.

Today I got a weird albino pumpkin and listened to NIN while drawing skulls. Zoe and I contemplated going to Rocky Horror, but realized it only plays on the 31st now. I am torn between going to that or Jay's show at Sugar.

Bubbleman almost got me beat up today :(

Tonight on my way back from Peter's house this dude in black Landrover swerved towards me while I was in Chinatown and laid down a scary ultimatum. I guess this was just after drawing cuteness all over a mailbox when he rolled down his window. He called me a shithead and said he'd been observing me for a few minutes and felt like beating the hell out of me.

He's like, "I see you painting, what the hell are you thinking?! Why are you doing that?!"

I'm like, "Uhh, recognition... and It's the best call-sign I've got, and people think it's cute, and uhh.. sorry." (Plus I fucking love it, and it's not like I've got anything else going for me, but I do like being a prepcook now.)

And then he's like, "You're lucky I don't get out of the car right now and beat your fucking head in."

And I'm like, "Okee." and backed away pretty quickly

Shit like that maked me feel alive, and totally scared for my life, and gutless. But tonight I felt really determined to cover alot of space, so I skated over a block and started painting again.

Pretty much all night I've been jumpy and crazy, but then I ran into a girl who seemed to like what I was doing, so I gave her a sticker, and she was great.

Recently I've been running into a few younger Victoria taggers (most of them are 16 or 17,) and one thing that stands out about all those people is that they are fucking ballsey little dudes. These kids are scared of nothing. I must be the least intimidating graf-artist ever. :)

I've been feeling really low recently, just not coping well with this breakup and all the things that come with it.

Things that suck most in my life right now are;
1. Feeling alone
2. Having little to do before work
3. Worrying about the girl
4. Feeling uninspired
5. Lacking direction
6. Missing Shanno

I did, however, get a huge industrial esspresso grinder from work and a five pound bag of beans! That pretty much eliminated my coffee costs all together. (that's almost $150 a month!)

Things that rock in my life;
1. Karla muh roommate
2. New job (I got to cut up a squid the other day!)
3. Shitty computer that has internet now
4. Looking forward to going to New York
5. Orange Juice
6. Being better at projection then my manager :)
